Takashi Asano is a Japanese model who's spent majority of his life moving between different countries; born and raised in Japan before moving to America during some of his childhood. He then spent a short period in Britain before returning back to Japan. Growing up between different countries exposed him to various environments and cultures which really helped shape his appreciation for diversity!

Growing up in a wealthy family, he was exposed to fashion and high-end social events from a young age which caused him to develop a strong appreciation for clothing and personal style. He has always had a love for dressing up and experimenting with different outfits for events they attended; often treating the camera as an opportunity to pose with his usual theatrical flair and bold appearances. The cameras loved him; leaving the photographers to urge his Mother to prepare for his future fame.By the age of 7, she realised they were right. His presence and personality made him perfect for modelling. His confidence and natural charisma attracted the attention of numerous modelling agencies, entering the industry became a surprisingly easy transition for him.

Parents

Takashi's Mother (Akari) and Father (Takumi) are both highly established fashion designers who run their own fashion label together! Among their projects, they've designed Kitagawa Academy's Middle School and High School uniforms. Takashi also works under his parents as a model to help support and represent their brand.

Personality

Takashi is a confident, bold and naturally theatrical person who has a natural talent of commanding attention with his dramatic entrances, expressive mannerisms and "cinematic effects". He loves putting himself in the spotlight and showing himself off. However, his confidence is never intended to make others feel inferior; this is just how he presents himself. As a well-known model who appears in magazines, billboards and TV ads/commercials, hes aware of his popularity and often assumes whoever approaches him is a fan.Despite his privileged upbringing, he's spoiled, but not rotten. But it has left him unaware of whats considered excessive or unusual. For example, he may decorate things that don't need decorating / dress too formal for a casual event. He can also be slightly judgemental when introduced to new things. At first, he'll question it but eventually curiosity gets the best of him. For example, in Britain he was unsure why certain people ate pineapple on pizza as the combination didn't seem to make any sense. But once he tried it himself, he understood why. Instead of dismissing something because its different to him, he prefers to experience it for himself.

Interacting with others is something really important to Takashi as he loves socialising and making conversation; making others feel heard brings him joy. To support this, he often copies mannerisms so that the other person knows he's listening but also to show his interest in conversation: nodding, matching expressions, tilting his head.However, his confidence falls under attention-seeking behaviour. Since hes used to always being the centre of attention, when spotlight moves away from him he may become increasingly theatrical to attempt to regain it. He's smart enough to realise when an approach isn't working so will change tactics.Lastly, if someone finds his theatrical nature overwhelming, hes willing to tone it down for them so that they're both happy.
